Terms of Service

Service. ChessZing.com lets you play Chinese Chess (Xiangqi) against the computer and other people, solve puzzles and study games. The service is provided "as is" without warranty.
Accounts. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. One person may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to collect sign-up credits repeatedly is not allowed and may lead to account removal.
Credits. Credits are a virtual balance used for features such as best-move hints and game review. Purchases pay for ChessZing's servers and support continued development of the game. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy (full refund of an unused purchase within 14 days, and in other cases described there). Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Fair play. Using outside engines or assistance in rated online games is not allowed.
Conduct. Be respectful in chat. We may remove content or suspend accounts that abuse others or the service.
Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
